Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the cancellation of subscriptions and refund requests for the products and services offered under My Dukaan (“Platform”).

This Policy forms an integral part of the Terms of Service of My Dukaan. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms of Service.

Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time if they are dissatisfied with the services offered by My Dukaan. However, cancellation does not automatically entitle the User to a refund.

Please note that monthly subscription plans are non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility

My Dukaan shall process refunds only if the subscription cancellation request is made within the applicable Refund Period, as defined below:

All cancellation and refund requests must be raised exclusively through My Dukaan’s official customer support channels. Requests submitted through any other communication method shall not be considered for refunds.

Refund Processing

My Dukaan works with banks, payment gateways, aggregators, and financial institutions (“Service Providers”) to process refunds.

Eligible refunds are generally processed within 20 working days from the date of approval. This timeline is indicative and may vary depending on the Service Providers.

Users may be required to provide relevant details such as bank account information, UPI ID, IFSC code, or other necessary data to facilitate refund processing.

My Dukaan reserves the right to deduct applicable transaction fees, bank charges, or processing costs incurred during the refund process.

Non-Refundable Cases

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy, refunds shall not be applicable in the following cases:

By opting for EMI or referral-based subscriptions, the User expressly acknowledges and agrees to the no-refund condition.

Policy Updates

My Dukaan reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Any changes shall be effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
