In these Terms, “User”, “You” or “Your” refers to any individual or legal entity that accesses or uses My Dukaan. By using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using any part of My Dukaan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
My Dukaan provides digital tools for invoicing, billing, business management, account tracking and related services through its applications and website (https://mydukaan.in).
My Dukaan is a business management and record-keeping platform that helps users manage invoices, sales, purchases, inventory, accounts, expenses, and business reports. My Dukaan does not manufacture, sell, distribute, or facilitate the sale or purchase of any goods, products, or services.
All sales, purchases, invoices, and business transactions recorded through the Platform are solely between the respective users and their customers or suppliers. My Dukaan only provides the software for maintaining and managing business records. My Dukaan is not a party to any transaction and does not receive any commission, profit, ownership interest, or share from any sale or purchase conducted by users. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, pricing, delivery, tax compliance, and fulfillment of their business transactions.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account.
Certain features of My Dukaan may be offered on a paid basis. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be displayed within the Platform. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of services.
Your use of My Dukaan is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

All intellectual property rights in My Dukaan, including software, logos, designs and content, belong exclusively to My Dukaan. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform.
You retain ownership of content you upload. However, you grant My Dukaan a limited license to store, display, and process such content solely for providing services.
My Dukaan strives to provide uninterrupted services, but does not guarantee continuous availability. Services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in unlawful activity. You may also terminate your account by contacting support.
My Dukaan is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Dukaan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Dukaan from claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
My Dukaan shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, network failures, or government actions.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
My Dukaan is solely a software platform for maintaining business records. Users are solely responsible for all invoices, quotations, sales, purchases, payments, collections, deliveries, taxes, pricing, refunds, warranties, and all other business transactions carried out using the Platform.
My Dukaan does not verify, guarantee, or endorse any transaction, customer, supplier, product, or service listed by users. Any dispute, fraud, non-payment, defective goods, delayed delivery, or contractual issue shall be resolved solely between the concerned parties. My Dukaan shall not be responsible or liable for such matters.
Users shall not use My Dukaan for any fraudulent, illegal, misleading, deceptive, or unauthorized activities. If any user uses the Platform for fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, counterfeit goods, prohibited products, or any unlawful activity, such user shall be solely responsible for all legal and financial consequences. My Dukaan shall not be liable for any such acts and reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account and cooperate with lawful authorities whenever required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
